Christine Stephenson

Christine is a highly experienced enterprise architect specialising in the fields of Enterprise Architecture and IT Strategy & Management.

With industry sector expertise that includes strength in mining, airline, travel, tourism, health and government she has managed a broad spectrum of projects, for global organisations and government agencies.

She has delivered effective architecture outcomes as well as building and managing architecture teams.

Her strengths lie in communicating complex concepts in simple, easy to understand ways, based on the audience she is working with and the outcome being sought.

She is a professionally certified Enterprise Architect (TOGAF®), and holds a Bachelor of Information Technology, Master of Business Administration and a Doctor of IT Management.

Nigel Schmalkuche

Nigel is a competent TOGAF 9.2 Certified Enterprise Architect with 17 years’ experience in implementing architecture to achieve business outcomes. This has been in the position of Director, Manager, Lead Architect and more recently as Enterprise Architect at Brisbane City Council (BCC). Over the last five years, he has achieved transformational change as the Principal Enterprise Architect Consultant in government and private organisations.

Nigel is a results-orientated business and ICT professional with 25 years’ experience in the fields of housing and public works, emergency services, elections, health, mining, water, local government, pharmacy, police, and financial institutions.

Nigel has exceptional strategic level skills, a sound knowledge of emerging technologies and apply this knowledge by developing strategies and roadmaps and architecting digital innovative programs in organisations to achieve positive business outcomes.

 

Michelle Meek

Michelle

Michelle is an expert in Customer Experience, User Experience, Service Design and user research.

She has provided Service Design expertise to clients such as Melbourne Water and AirServices Australia.

She was previously Senior Manager for Digital Workplace for global mining giant, Rio Tinto, building the Human-Centred Design and End-User Experience Insights capability for the organisation over 18 months, introducing design-thinking in a highly applied way.

Michelle specialises in the application of customer-centred design thinking and co-design techniques to enhance employee and customer experience.

Bard Papegaaij

Bard combines more than 30 years of experience in roles ranging from Research, Software Engineering to Enterprise Architecture, (Interim) Management, Coaching, Consulting and Public Speaking with a life-long personal journey into Emotional Intelligence and Human Potential Development. After a successful career in The Netherlands, Bard decided in 1998 to start a new adventure in Australia. 

Bard provides consulting and coaching and has a pragmatic approach to helping people (individually and in teams) to become the best they could be. 

For 9 years, Bard has had a successful career in Gartner as Research Director, Executive Partner and Research Vice President, leading Gartner’s research in Enterprise Architecture and the people-side of work and management, as well developing Gartner’s current focus on organisational culture and change.

Bard is a strategic thinker and able to implement Enterprise Architecture in organisations and coach Enterprise Architects to have a complete set of skills to communicate with Business and ICT stakeholders.

Rekha Swamy

Rekha is a professional with over 16 years of experience in the areas of IT Enterprise Architecture and IT Infrastructure Management (Cloud).

Rekha is a Certified TOGAF architect, Certified Cloud Architect (Arcitura & AWS), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and ITIL V3 Expert with progressive experience in various domains of Airline, Retail, Transport and Government agencies

She specialises in cloud strategy & IT business transformation roadmaps, cloud assessments, cloud assurance, global enterprise cloud architecture, cloud brokerage, and cloud management solutions.

Rekha has substantial knowledge of Big Data, IoT and Artificial Intelligence to invoke Business Capabilities.

She has had a number of strategic roles with Queensland Government in various Strategic roles. Previously associated with world’s fastest growing airline Emirates in many pivotal roles.

Rekha enjoys learning, has a passion for new and innovative solution. Use technology to solve business challenges.

Donna Smith

With over 25 years’ experience in the ICT industry, Donna has performed a wide variety of roles including Enterprise Architect, Business Architect, Senior Project Manager, Senior Business Analyst, Change Manager, Method Consultant and Process Analyst.

Having managed her own successful consultancy, Donna is well known and respected in the ICT community and has developed excellent relationships with all her Clients.

Leveraging her exceptionally strong stakeholder management and change management skills, Donna works closely with stakeholders assisting them to embrace the changes being implemented. Donna drives initiatives to achieve business value harnessing business leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Donna is a recognised expert in the field of Enterprise Architecture using TOGAF. Donna is a certified TOGAF trainer and also provides training in Business Process Modelling using the Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) and Business Process Reengineering (BPR)

Donna has several years’ experience in various industries including Health, Transport, Banking, Insurance, Pensions, Finance, Telecommunications, Retail, Parcel Delivery, Transport, Mining and various Government Departments.

Mark Edmead

Mark Edmead is an IT transformation consultant and trainer based in the US. Over the past 30 years, he has provided IT transformation and business improvement services that align information technology with business goals to drive bottom-line performance and growth.

Mark’s focus is on change management, process improvement, enterprise architecture, technology road mapping, strategic IT planning, IT organization analysis, IT portfolio management and IT governance. Mark is TOGAF 9.2 certified, TOGAF Business Architecture Level 1 certified,  and he is a an accredited Lean IT, DevOp, DevSecOps, COBIT 2019 Foundation trainer. a certified Baldrige internal assessor, a Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) accredited trainer, a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a past member of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Board of Examiners.
